Why should we Eat Breakfast?

You must have heard it said a million times when you were a child; breakfast is the most important meal of the day. This saying is true, however a lot of people skip breakfast, which is not a good idea.


Although you have a busy life and are often in a rush in the mornings it is vital that you find time for a healthy breakfast.

Then again there many people who eat breakfast, but choose to eat the wrong foods such as donuts or other sugary foods. As you can imagine this is not good for you, and is certainly not healthy. It may give you a energy boost and a sugar rush but it is certainly not enough to set you up for the day ahead.


People who drink a lot of coffee need the jolt of energy from the caffeine to wake them up and keep them going throughout the day.
