Fast food may look great, but it has too much fat and can negatively impact your health. A single burger contains enough calories for a whole meal, but your stomach does not get full up on it, so you still need something to eat.

After dieting most people go back to their old ways and start piling on the pounds again. If you always diet your body will start to expect another diet, and so prepare for it which will make it much harder to lose weight in the future.
