It is important that you allow yourself the odd treat. Treats may be bad for your body but they are good for your mood, therefore it is important not to rid your diet of them all. Infrequent treats won’t make much difference to your weight but you should still eat a balanced diet.

Honesty

You should never say that you deserve something, or that you will start your diet tomorrow. You should write down a list of foods that you eat, you should then scrutinize it and take notice of the things you should not be eating.
