Squat Thrusts for Toned Thighs

Pushups and sit-ups have been common knowledge since the wake of the bodybuilding phenomenon due to their simplicity and results.


However, if you're looking for a toned body, you need to start catching up on the more advanced exercises, since dieting can only push your efforts rather than get you the body you've dreamed of.

All you have to do is to put your hands on the floor, just like a normal push up position, and then you must bring both legs towards under your chest, by bending your knees and thrusting forward.

This is one of the exercises that we used to do very often as kids playing, but forgot about through time. You can repeat this exercise a couple of times before work, and you'll be seeing results in no time.


Another variation of this exercise is to bring your right leg forward, like a sprinter at the start line, then thrust both legs in the same time alternating positions.


This exercise targets your glutes, hamstrings, and quads, with minor benefit to your triceps. An ideal workout would contain 20-25 reps of squat thrusts.


So keep your diet in check and thrust as much as you can, you'll be seeing the results sooner than you think.
