Exercising is not exactly the most exciting pastime you could have. Very few people actually enjoy working out. Not everyone hates exercising, but even people that enjoy it can rarely spare the time. Some people have too much to do every day to do any exercise.
Exercising is only really fun for people that enjoy repetitive movements. Otherwise you have to put your mind in neutral and think about something else. If you can't ignore the boredom then you'll no doubt dread exercising.
Thinking that exercise is bad is not very good for your health. You need to exercise in order to keep your body in tip top condition. You can't just assume that you will do nothing now, but when you are 40 you'll start on a strict exercise regime because it might be too late by then.
The best form of exercise is small but often exercise regimes. You don't need to sign up to a fancy gym, just something simple like jogging for half an hour, or doing some aerobics can be a great way to get fit. You could even buy a DVD to do aerobics at home!
